Meridian Finance is operated by Meridian Finance Limited, a company based in Hong Kong (“Meridian Finance,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, purchasing, or accessing any of our content or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
When you purchase a training, Meridian Finance grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the video and downloadable files (the “Materials”) for your own personal learning and professional use. You do not acquire ownership of the Materials or any intellectual-property rights in them.
Our Materials and services are provided for education and skills practice. Company names, figures, and examples used in the Materials are illustrative and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or career advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including internships, job offers, interview results, or grades.
Resume Consultations and Mock Interviews are professional services delivered as described at the time of booking, including through scheduling tools such as Cal.com. Mock interviews are practice exercises and coaching feedback, not assessments by or on behalf of any employer. Cancellation and rescheduling are covered in our Refund Policy.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record and the seller of record for your transaction. Their checkout terms also apply to the payment. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.
Because you receive immediate access to digital content upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, subject to our Refund Policy. You confirm your understanding of this at checkout.
Files may carry watermarks identifying the purchaser (name, email, and/or order ID). Access is restricted to the original purchaser's account, delivered through short-lived secure links, and may be subject to limits on simultaneous devices, sessions, and downloads.
We log access and download activity, including device and network information, to detect misuse. Where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached — for example, account sharing, redistribution, or resale — we may suspend or permanently revoke access without refund, and pursue any remedies available to us.
The Materials are protected by copyright. If we find them reposted or distributed without authorization, we will issue takedown notices to the host and relevant platforms and may seek further legal action.
The service and Materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability arising from your use of the service or Materials is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
