Who we are

What we collect

• Account details you provide: name and email.
• Purchase details: orders, items, and amounts. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — we never see or store your full card number.
• Access and security data: download, device, session, and network (IP) information used to deliver content and detect misuse.
• Things you send us: mentor and session inquiries, feedback, and messages, including any details you choose to include in them.

How we use it

• To give you access to the trainings and services you purchase and to run your account.
• To send purchase confirmations, access links, and essential service emails.
• To respond to your inquiries and arrange career-services sessions.
• To protect our content — detecting sharing, redistribution, or other misuse.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who processes it

We use trusted providers to run the service, each processing data only to provide their part:

• Supabase — accounts, database, and file storage;
• Lemon Squeezy — payments and order processing;
• Mux — video hosting and streaming;
• Resend — transactional email;
• Cal.com — mock-interview scheduling;
• Vercel — website hosting.

Cookies

We use essential cookies needed to sign you in, keep your session, and complete checkout. We do not use these cookies for advertising.

International transfers

Our providers may store and process data on servers outside Hong Kong. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and access data for as long as your account is active, and order and billing records for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. We delete or anonymise data we no longer need.

Your rights and choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and — where applicable law provides — object to or restrict certain processing, by emailing meridianfinance.co@hotmail.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where you live.
