Our page templates and training videos are digital products delivered instantly. Because you receive immediate access to the full files and content the moment your purchase completes, all sales are final and non-refundable. You confirm your understanding of this at checkout before paying, and a free preview is available on every page so you can see what is included before you buy.
Where the law would otherwise give you a “cooling-off” or withdrawal period for online purchases, that right does not apply to digital content once its delivery has begun with your prior consent. By ticking the confirmation box at checkout and accessing the content immediately, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any such withdrawal right.

Resume Consultations and Mock Interviews are services rather than digital downloads, so different terms apply:
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your transaction. Where a refund is approved under this policy, it is issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
